Why do I need to register as a carer?
By registering with us as an unpaid carer you will get access to a whole range of services, including information, advice, training, events, support and more. You can read about all the ways we help adult carers here, young adults here, and under 18s here.
Our support is for carers aged 5-99, but only for carers who live in Surrey, or people who care for someone who lives in Surrey. (Find details of carer services in other counties here.)
Please use this form, and one of our team will be in touch shortly. Young carers, 13+ can register themselves, those younger than 13 should be registered by their parent/guardian or a professional.
